Dr Jared Torres was born and raised in Garden City, Kansas. He graduated from Garden City High School in 2004.
From 2006 to 2008, he served a proselytizing mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Montreal, Canada. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in 2011.
He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Inter American University of Puerto Rico in 2016. Throughout his educational endeavors, he worked as a technician at Fry Eye Associates.
Dr Torres enjoys spending time with his wife Erika and two sons, Zahir and Zaiden. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and coaching his sons youth soccer teams.
